With decades of experience in both fitness and communication, I’ve learned one core truth: consistency beats talent, every time.
As a Master Athlete and CrossFit Level 1 Coach, I show up every single day — in training, in my message, and in my mission. As a reference for CrossFit after 40, my goal is to prove what’s possible when you train with purpose and live with intention.
Coaching 1:1 is available only as a premium option, because this isn’t about programs or classes — it’s about proving what’s possible when you integrate mobility training and build a lifestyle of discipline.
Legacy isn’t loud. It’s built rep by rep, choice by choice. And that’s the story I share in every video, podcast, and post.
